We are delighted to announce the launch of a partnership with Fanbase, our new ticketing solution as we look to transform the experience of purchasing memberships and match tickets for our supporters.
By switching to Fanbase, we can offer supporters a brand new streamlined digital experience, introducing a whole host of new features including exclusive content and the ability to easily purchase memberships and tickets for home matches and other events such as social events and football camps within seconds through a Slough Town branded mobile app experience. Through the mobile app, supporters can also receive push notifications, which guarantees they receive timely and relevant updates.
Fanbase Head of Growth Jerome McCarthy commented: “We can’t wait to get to work with the team at Slough; when we started speaking about what they were looking for and the objectives they wanted to achieve it was clear that it was a perfect match. Being part of the club's journey during this exciting time is something we're looking forward to.”

Over recent months we have had a thorough review of our ticketing solution. Since meeting Fanbase for the first time it was clear they have an excellent product, and we are excited for our supporters to begin to use the platform. We are committed to offering our supporters the very best experience and enhancing their interaction with the club which we believe Fanbase will help us deliver.”
Fanbase can be accessed through both internet browser at app.fanbaseclub.com and downloaded directly onto your device through the Apple/Android store.
Later this week, we will launch our 2024/25 memberships. Existing members will receive an email asking them to register with Fanbase and offering them the opportunity to renew their existing memberships and reserved seats. New members will also be able to register and choose their membership option. We will have an ‘early bird’ offer in place until the end of May with reduced membership prices.
