Gainsborough Trinity: Travel and matchday arrangements

A summary of information for supporters travelling to Gainsborough Trinity for Saturday's FA Cup First Round tie.

02/11/17

With Saturday’s trip to Gainsborough Trinity in the Emirates FA Cup First Round fast approaching, here is a useful summary for supporters planning their travel.

Coach travel

All seats have now been filled on the coaches and minibus organised by Slough Town Supporters Trust. Please do not turn up on the day if you have not booked in advance. Coaches will depart from St Joseph's School at 10:00 on Saturday morning.

Please note that the consumption of alcohol on coaches travelling to football matches is forbidden by law, and supporters will not be allowed to board the coaches with alcohol.

The coaches may not have toilets, however there will be at least one stop in each direction.

Directions

Directions to The Gainsborough Martin & Co Arena can be found on our website by clicking here.

Parking

There is no parking available at the ground as such, although there is a small open air car park located across North Street, opposite the Club which costs £2 for cars and £5 for minibuses. Otherwise there is only street parking.

Supporters are reminded to park in a safe a legal manner in surrounding streets. Gainsborough Trinity FC have been made aware of a number of complaints to the authorities recently about parking on pavements around the ground and therefore this is strongly discouraged to avoid problems with the police.

Blue Badge holders should contact Gainsborough Trinity FC in advance to arrange parking at the ground.

Trains

The closest railway station is Gainsborough Central Station which is located under half a mile away from the ground. Further information can be found on our website by clicking here.

Entrance to the ground

Slough supporters will enter the ground via the turnstiles located on Northolme. These are situated to the left hand side of the main stand from the outside of the ground.

The away end consists of both open and covered terracing. If anybody requires seating access in the main stand, transfers will be available via stewards on the day. We will have a limited number of seats, available on a first come, first served basis to those who require them.

The match is not all-ticket, but tickets can be purchased in advance and printed to reduce queues at the turnstiles on the day. For more information and to purchase tickets, follow this link.

Admission prices are:
Adults £12
Concessions 65+ / Students £8
Children U16 £3
Under 3s FREE.

There will be refreshments and toilet facilities in the away enclosure, and Slough supporters will also be able to access the Blues Bar from outside the ground.

Other information

The Rebels will be wearing their home kit on Saturday (amber shirts and navy shorts) – so be prepared to wear your colours and make some noise in support of your team!

If the match ends in a draw, the replay will take place at Arbour Park on Tuesday 14th November, with a 19:45 kick-off.
