It is with great sadness that we have learned that Dave Carpenter passed away in the early hours of this morning.
Dave was a long-time fan and more recently a volunteer at Slough Town FC, manning the Officials entrance and over the last few years supporting the management of the PALS Disability team, turning his hand to whatever needed doing.
Dave was taken ill at the game last Saturday, suffering a stroke.
We will miss his cheery presence around Arbour Park and our thoughts are with Dave's family at this time.
We will advise of funeral arrangements as and when we hear.
