We probably didn't deserve a point in the end, but full credit to the lads for the effort
Neil Baker
Joint manager Neil Baker was pleased with the efforts of his players despite a narrow defeat at third-placed Weymouth last night.
Slough had only one striker available for the game in Perry Coles, and lost Simon Dunn to a recurrence of a knee injury in the first half as Weymouth dominated the play and scored the only goal of the game in the opening minute of the second half through Calvin Brooks.
The Rebels now look ahead to their sixth consecutive away game at Dunstable on Friday.
