FA Cup: Rebels handed home tie in Second Round Qualifying

Slough enter this season's FA Cup with a home tie against either Sholing or Hamworthy United.


Slough Town will face opposition from the Wessex League Premier Division in the Emirates FA Cup after the Second Round Qualifying draw was made earlier this afternoon.

The draw handed the Rebels a home tie, and either Sholing or Hamworthy United will travel to Arbour Park on Saturday 22 September, with kick-off at 15:00.

The two sides will replay their First Round Qualifying tie at Hamworthy tomorrow evening following a 0-0 draw at Sholing on Saturday. It would be the first meeting with Slough Town for either club.

Sholing currently sit atop the Wessex League Premier Division - which is at Step 5 - with maximum points from their opening four league games, whilst Hamworthy are in 10th place.
