Rebels Chairman Provides Ground Update

Following on from the update in October 2009 I can confirm that draft Heads of Terms were drafted and discussed in December. There are however still some points that require further discussion and clarification.

I know that this is becoming very frustrating for all of us as progress does seem to be very slow. However I can confirm that the council are committed to bringing the club back to Slough and are working hard to achieve that aim.

Paradigm (the developer) and the council are currently negotiating the remaining points and I am hopeful that we will get a positive response soon.
