The month of April is National Autism Acceptance Month and Slough Town Football Club, through its community arm, is pleased to support this with a number of autism events throughout the month.
Yesterday at Arbour Park the football club hosted, in conjunction with Slough Borough Council, an Autism Awareness Afternoon which saw many community groups and services attend the event to showcase the help that is provided in the town.
There were also presentations and speeches that showed examples of the work being carried out.
For the rest of the week the football club will be welcoming Art Beyond Belief, who run an autistic arts course from Wednesday through to Saturday.
