Supporters will be aware that club captain Adam Foulser snapped his anterior cruciate ligament against Egham Town earlier in the month - an injury which will keep him out of the game until around November.
Although Foulser has private health care, he will be house-bound for a minimum of three weeks after the operation, and as a self-employed plumber this is going to impact on him greatly.
As such, the Club has organised a quiz evening as a fundraising event to help Adam through this period. This will take place on Friday 11 April and will be held at the Slough Polish Association, Church Lane, Stoke Poges, SL2 4NZ. The event will start at 7:45pm.
Teams can be a maximum of 8 and entry is just £5 per person. Entry can be gained on the night, subject to availability, or if you want a guaranteed place tickets will be on sale at all STFC matches (home or away). Just ask around for either Ian Lathey or Kay Lathey (fixture secretary).
If you want to enter and don't have a team, you can still buy tickets and be placed into a team on the night.

We would also appreciate any offers of prizes for a raffle - again, please contact Ian and Kay with details.
