Looking Ahead: Histon

Jon Underwood provides an update ahead of tomorrow evening's trip to Cambridgeshire side Histon.

Slough were left frustrated on Saturday morning after the Holloways Park pitch was deemed unplayable after an inspection, denying supporters a chance to see the Rebels go up against fourth-placed Corby Town.

However, Jon Underwood and Neil Baker's side should not have to wait too long to see action, with the trip to Histon tomorrow (Tuesday) evening.

Underwood provided the following update:

"We look forward to returning to action tomorrow night with the trip to Histon who also suffered a postponement at the weekend.

"Our opponents currently sit in 18th place, ten points behind ourselves, but have a superb home record having not lost there in the league since 23rd August! We are under no illusions that this will be a tough trip but we have some good results on the road this season and are determined to get back on track and start another positive run of results after two consecutive defeats.

"The squad is the same as we had for Saturday so will include the three new signings that we announced last week.

"We will assess George, Ben and Searsy on Thursday to see if they have a chance for this Saturday's game but they will not be risked tomorrow. Johnnie Dyer will be serving his one match suspension and misses the game.

Squad: Luke Williams, Sean Fraser, Ryan Parsons, Guy Hollis, Reece Yorke, Billy Jeffreys, Tom Moran, James Dobson, Jake Parsons, Liam Malone, Daniel Brown, Adam Martin, Gürkan Gökmen, Eddie Smith, Scott Harris.
