Looking Ahead: Cambridge City

Squad news ahead of the visit of Cambridge City to Holloways Park tomorrow.

23/10/15

We look forward to the visit of Cambridge City tomorrow and the chance to bounce back from our narrow defeat at Redditch on Monday night.

Our visitors are having a good season and sit just ahead of us on goal difference but with three games in hand and they come to us on the back of an impressive 3-1 win over Hungerford last weekend.

We know this will be a tough game but we go in to it in confident mood after a really positive month so far. The mood around the changing room has really changed in recent weeks and there is a real hunger to push on in the coming weeks and months to establish ourselves in the top half of this very competitive league.

On the injury front Nathan Webb took part in most of last night's training session but we need to be careful with him and we are targeting next weekend's FA Trophy game as the first time we are likely to include him back in the squad. Eddie Smith completes a short loan period with Hartley Wintney tomorrow and he will return to the squad next week.

New signing Justin Clayton re-joins the squad for tomorrow having been unavailable for the last two games.

Squad: Mark Scott, Sean Fraser, Paul Stonehouse, Guy Hollis, Dan Hicks, Justin Clayton, Adrian Sear, Leigh Rumbold, Ryan Hope, Declan Benjamin, Warren Harris, Lewis Putman, Gurkan Gokmen, Scott Harris, Charlie Mpi, Charlie Strutton.
