Here is an update on last weekend's activities for the Youth section.
U11s - Both the U11 Youth and U11 Rebels went on to victories in their Development League matches following impeccably observed minute silences for those affected by events in Paris.
The U12 Youth team did not play this weekend while the U12 Rebels played a very tight game against Delaford Colts. The boys defended well in the first half before Delaford scored two good goals in the second half. The boys battled on until the end losing 0-2.
The U13s continued their winning start to the season with a convincing 8-3 away win a Boyne Hill in the League Cup quarter-final with goals from Francis Ketter, Ben Hall, Alex Lopez and Philbert Arko.
The U14s narrowly lost 2-1 against Thame. Slough were unable to take advantage of some great chances. Thame capitalised on two mistakes and went two goals up. Cameron Walsh scored a fantastic free kick but Slough were unable to get the equaliser. Left back Tariq Brown was Man of the Match.
The U16s won 8-1 against Bucks CC in a strong game of football. Tyreice Byrne, Tapuwa Matambanadzo and Declan Hughes scored two goals apiece whilst Toby Crouch and Drew Richardson each scored one. Harry Turner's performance was highlighted.
