After two very good performances and wins in our last two games we look forward to another tough challenge with the visit of St Neots Town.
Our visitors have a good away record and come in to the game on the back of three games unbeaten on their travels, following up a 4-1 win at Cambridge with two battling draws at high flying Redditch and Leamington, two places we have been beaten this season, so we know we face a difficult game. We go in to the game full of confidence however and it promises to be a cracking match!
Warren Harris and Gurkan Gokmen did not train last night due to a flu bug, however we are hopeful both will shake this off and be ready for tomorrow.
Captain Adrian Sear will miss the game having injured his ankle in the warm up on Tuesday; he will be out of action for a couple of weeks. We have added recent signing Kensley Maloney to the squad to give us a further option in midfield.
Jhai Dhillon came off on Tuesday with a hamstring strain which doesn't appear to be too severe and he has an outside chance of being involved tomorrow but will face a fitness test.
Charlie Mpi trained with no problems after his kick on Tuesday and will be fine, and Rummy will also be an option after his hamstring injury.
After tomorrow's game, Rummy will be away until 2 January, and we are currently looking at bringing another midfielder in to cover this, however we have been turned down by a target this week, and therefore the search goes on.
Squad: Mark Scott, Sean Fraser, Jhai Dhillon, Guy Hollis, Dan Hicks, Justin Clayton, Leigh Rumbold, Nathan Webb, Ryan Hope, Kensley Maloney, Warren Harris, Lewis Putman, Gurkan Gokmen, Charlie Mpi, Charlie Strutton, Eddie Smith.
