We would like to announce that we have mutually agreed to end Justin Clayton's time with us at the club.
Justin has done well for us in the games that he has played, however we require a certain level of commitment from players, and did not feel that we were getting that from him. After a conversation with him on Tuesday night he has come back to us agreeing with our assessment of the situation.
We will be on the lookout for a replacement, but will not rush into any decisions.
This does leave us a little short defensively, however we always have the option of Leigh Rumbold at centre half who performed superbly there for us last season, and we have a few defensive options dual signed.
