Slough Town Youth U16s were successful in their bid to win the Berks & Bucks Cup today.
The game was played at Buckingham Athletic's ground with an 11am kickoff. It was a tight game in the first half with Hughenden having the better of it.
Slough came to life in the second half after some minor adjustments at half time. Halfway through the second half Tyreice Jai Byrne opened the scoring, using his pace to take the lead.
The boys fought hard until the end and could have doubled the lead but for a last ditch tackle from Hughenden on the line.
Well done lads. A great team effort to win one of the best cups in the county.
