The U13s completed a League and Cup double with a typically powerful performance against rivals Burnham Reds in the League Cup final at Burnham FC yesterday (Sunday).
The boys dominated the first half, coping well with the heat to take a 2-0 lead into the second half with goals from Ben Hall and Philbert Arko.
The defence of Alfie Turner, Tom King and Alex Lopex, marshalled by Joey Cossington dealt superbly with the long ball game of Burnham and provided the foundation for a second half that could have seen more goals added by Slough.
But 2-0 was enough to see the boys round off a superb season with a well deserved win.
