After a busy summer we find ourselves back on the football pitch for our first pre-season friendly away at Didcot Town.
Having had three sessions prior to this game, this will be an opportunity to ease everyone back into the rigours of matches, and it is expected that the vast majority of players will play a maximum of 45 minutes, however we do expect three of the outfield players will play a full 90 minutes, two of which will hopefully be Lee Togwell and Nathan Webb, who both miss upcoming games due to prior commitments.
Warren Harris will be missing this game due to a wedding, whilst Dan Hicks and Gurkan Gokmen are both still missing due to holidays. Mark Scott will also sit this game out having only taken part in two sessions, and will do a one to one session with Trent prior to the game.
There will be a number of new faces making their Slough debuts, and the team will come from the following 19 man squad:
Sam Bunting, James Warrington, Sean Fraser, Joel Jacobs, Paul Stonehouse, Mark Nisbet, Guy Hollis, Adam New, Brad Hewitt, James Dobson, Lewis Putman, Harrison Gilkes, Simon Dunn, Lee Togwell, Nathan Webb, Charlie Losasso, Lee Barney, Charlie Moone and Gavin James.
