We look forward to the short trip to Basingstoke on Saturday where we will face a relatively young side who are training full time under the guidance of the experienced Terry Brown. Their results have picked up in recent weeks as we expected and they had a great 3-0 win on Tuesday night against Kings Langley so we know a tough test awaits.
Lewis Putman came through 75 minutes on Tuesday and trained last night so that is a boost to our attacking options.
Brad Hewitt returned this week from a family trip to the US and trained last night. We are trying to get him some game time elsewhere at the weekend but this is proving a challenge at the moment so he may be with us too.
Gurkan Gokmen misses out due to the ankle injury he picked up on Tuesday night and we are also still without Lee Barney and Gavin James.
Squad: Mark Scott, Sean Fraser, Paul Stonehouse, Josh Jackman, Guy Hollis, Mark Nisbet, Dan Hicks, Brad Hewitt, Nathan Webb, Simon Dunn, Lee Togwell, Adrian Sear, Warren Harris, James Dobson, Lewis Putman, Charlie Moone.
