Bio

As a hugely respected member of the club's back room team, “Super Kev” was involved with the club from 1985 to 2018 as the first team physiotherapist.

Kevin became a physiotherapist after being encouraged to get involved in treating sports injuries whilst receiving treatment for an injury himself. After attending courses at Spurs and Lilleshall, he was approached to join Hillingdon Borough to look after their second eleven.

His first game was an FA Cup Second Round replay against Orient at Wexham Park on 10 December 1985. Whilst at Hillingdon Borough, Alan Davies (who later became Slough manager) and Fred Cummings recommended him to then Slough manager Howard Kennedy.

In December 2015, Kevin celebrated reaching 30 years' service to Slough Town Football Club.

Kevin stayed with the club through thick and thin, and worked with a succession of managers and hundreds of players in an incredible 32-year association. He sadly passed away in January 2018 after battling cancer, but he did not let his illness prevent him from doing the job he loved.
