Bio

27-year old forward Romone Rose joined the Rebels in February 2017 from Basingstoke Town.

Rose began his career as a trainee with Queens Park Rangers, alongside Chris Flood. He was a member of the Rangers' under-18 team that won the Youth Alliance League title in 2007. He made his first team debut as a second half as a substitute against West Bromwich Albion on 4 May 2008.

Short-term loan spells at Histon, Northampton Town and Cheltenham Town followed, before he signed a three-month loan deal with Torquay United.

After his release from QPR, Rose joined Newport County in January 2012, and he went on to play in their FA Trophy final defeat against York City at Wembley Stadium.

Rose went on to have spells at Wealdstone, Hemel Hempstead Town, Maidenhead United and Eastleigh among others.
