Slough repeated the scoreline from the first leg in Heybridge to progress through to the Bryco Cup Final thanks to goals from James Saulsbury and Matt Murphy.

Slough held on to a 2-1 lead from the first leg lead from the previous Tuesday but fell behind in the first half as Gardner headed in a free kick at the far post.

Slough nearly brought themselves level soon after through Seedel, but his shot was saved by Rutherford. They did manage to draw level on 35 minutes though after Abbott was deemed to have handled the ball inside the area. Saulsbury stepped up and sent the keeper the wrong way with his first goal for Slough.

In the final chance of the half, Carbon fired wide with a shot after the ball sat up nicely just outside the area, but the ball went just wide of the far post.

The visitors knew they had to score to level up the tie and were in control of much of the proceedings in the second half but Slough's defensive line looked solid and restricted Heybridge from a clear sight of Allaway's goal.

With seventy four minutes gone, Slough extended their lead. With a rare attack, Carbon played the ball to Harris. He cut inside his man and delivered a cross to the far post which was headed firmly back across goal and into the far corner of the net.
