Slough Town and AFC Totton played out a goalless draw in the fog at Holloways Park in a game of few clear chances.
Both sides were restricted to efforts from distance and neither goalkeeper was seriously troubled as Slough made it six games without defeat.
In the first half Slough more than matched the hosts as both sides came to terms with the thick fog and uneven pitch, with Byron Bubb hitting a volley straight at Barfoot in the Totton goal.
Slough went close again as Yashwa Romeo laid the ball off to James Pritchard 12 yards out, but the midfielder curled his shot over the bar.
Totton looked dangerous in patches without creating many clear-cut chances, but Sherbourne went close, flicking a cross just over the bar at the near post.
The second half was a similar story to the first, but Slough registered more shots at goal without troubling Barfoot seriously. Jordan dragged an effort wide from 20 yards, whilst Fenton’s header from a Makh cross was not powerful enough and was dealt with comfortably by Barfoot.
Fenton and Bubb also hit long-range efforts wide of the goal as both sides’ back lines remained solid and a scoreless draw was ultimately a fair result.
