Slough Town scored six second half goals to claim a pre-season win against Uxbridge at Arbour Park.
There was a first start for new loan signing Hubert Graczyk, but in truth the Arsenal goalkeeper had little to do as the players in front of him kept the visitors at bay fairly comfortably.
Slough had their first chance after just two minutes, as David Ogbonna saw his effort saved after a lovely bit of skill to take him past two Uxbridge defenders.
As a largely forgettable first half was drawing to a close, Slough were awarded a penalty on 37 minutes after a foul on the dangerous Ogbonna. Scott Davies stepped up, but got his attempt horribly wrong and the ball landed off target.
The second half was a goal-fest for the Rebels, who took the lead on 56 minutes. Lench’s corner ricocheted off Gary Abisogun to the edge of the box, and Munashe Sundire blasted home.
Slough then emptied their substitutes bench on the hour mark, and it took eleven further minutes for the Rebels to double their lead. Harvey Harry played a ball across the face of goal and Jefferson Louis got across his marker to tap the ball past the goalkeeper.
Four minutes later, it was three with Harry involved once again. His neat through ball for Nathan Minhas was perfectly weighted for the striker to blast it low into the bottom corner.
Immediately from the restart, Slough went on the attack again and a good passage of passing play led to Louis striking a shot which hit a defender and looped over the Uxbridge goalkeeper for 4-0.
Two more goals arrived in the final ten minutes, with Gabe George sliding a ball across goal for Minhas to tap home his second, and Johnny Goddard getting in on the act after more good play from Harry down the right side.
