Baker looks ahead to visit of Torquay United

Rebels joint manager Neil Baker looks forward to the challenge of Torquay United at Arbour Park tomorrow (Saturday).

17/08/18

After back to back wins we welcome Torquay United to Arbour Park for the first time, in what is a very attractive game for the supporters.

They start the game with an identical record to ourselves in terms of points, however have only conceded the one goal. They will be up there with one of the favourites for the league title, being the only full time team.

In terms of ourselves, George Wells returns to the squad after a slight knee injury meant that we did not risk him Tuesday, and he managed to get through training last night with no problems.

Scott Davies, who had picked up an ankle injury in the win on Tuesday also managed to train with no real problems.

Nathan Smart will continue to get a game at Hartley Wintney tomorrow, and has started well there with two wins from two, however we will not allow him to be cup-tied next week and will be back involved with us.

We are therefore in a position to be able to pick from a squad of 17 for the game tomorrow.

Squad: Jack Turner, Josh Jackman, Sean Fraser, George Wells, Guy Hollis, Sam Togwell, Mark Nisbet, Warren Harris, Louie Soares, James Dobson, Simon Dunn, Lee Togwell, Scott Davies, Perry Coles, Ben Harris, Chris Flood and Manny Williams.
