Preview: Rebels welcome Gloucester to Arbour Park

An update from Jon Underwood ahead of a home match against Gloucester City under the Arbour Park lights.

11/02/19

We obviously left Hampton extremely frustrated on Saturday afternoon having been in control for the vast majority of the game before conceding in the last few seconds to ultimately drop two points.

We were very happy with the performance however and we’ll learn from the one or two things we didn’t do right and that will only improve us. A Tuesday night game always presents a great opportunity to take out your frustrations and we will be looking to do that in a positive way tomorrow night.

Our opponents are scrapping for points and will provide difficult opposition. They have kept three consecutive clean sheets in the league and we know we’ll have to work hard and play well to break them down.

We welcome Manny Williams back to the squad having played for Basingstoke on Saturday, scoring two goals in their incredible 10-3 win.

Dan Roberts will play for Windsor and Guy Hollis still remains out with a knee injury picked up in training last week.

Squad: Jack Turner, Josh Jackman, George Wells, Mark Nisbet, Sam Togwell, Sean Fraser, Lee Togwell, Simon Dunn, Matt Lench, Warren Harris, Louie Soares, Chris Flood, Ben Harris, Tommy Wood, Manny Williams.
