Tomorrow we make the journey down the A3 to most people’s favourites to win the league, Havant & Waterlooville, writes Neil Baker.
This presents probably our toughest test to date against a full-time team managed by the excellent Paul Doswell, and a team that is full of experience.
In terms of squad news, we can confirm that Guy Hollis will be available after missing last weekend, and Mark Nisbet has been given the go ahead to play again after an ECG on Wednesday revealed that his heart rhythm was back in sync.
Matthew Lench, who was not 100 per cent fit last weekend due to tendinitis in his knee, trained fully last night and has had no reaction.
Lee Togwell remains out due to ankle ligament damage, though we hope that he can resume some sort of training next week.
Manny Williams will play for Harrow Borough this weekend, before rejoining us on Tuesday for the friendly against Aldershot Town.
With this being such a big game in respect of the current league table, we would love to see as many Rebel fans as possible make the trip down and try to outsing the home support which they are hoping may top 2,000.
We will travel with the following 16-man squad:
Jack Turner, Nojus Trinovas, Josh Jackman, George Wells, Ryan Bird, Guy Hollis, Mark Nisbet, Sam Togwell, Sean Fraser, Matthew Lench, Scott Davies, Warren Harris, Max Worsfold, Ben Harris, Dan Roberts and Francis Amartey.
