Tomorrow we finally return to action with our first league game since 9th December, as we entertain Braintree Town, who in that same period have managed to get in five games, writes Neil Baker.
We will look to build on our last two league performances where we have picked up credible draws away at Chippenham Town and Havant & Waterlooville.
It goes without saying that COVID-19 has caused all sorts of issues, not least with not being able to train for a period of time because of isolation - however we have managed to get together twice this week, and with the period off we have a fully fit squad to choose from.
We have been training with 18 players only, which includes Scott Davies, who has been training with us since Biggleswade Town’s games were paused; however we have not taken anyone else into the group in terms of trialists, because we want to keep the squad to a minimum to reduce the risk for COVID-19.
We therefore will pick 16 from the following 18:
Jack Turner, Josh Jackman, Sean Fraser, Guy Hollis, Sam Togwell, Mark Nisbet, Louis Lomas, Lee Togwell, Aaron Kuhl, Cam McGilp, Scott Davies, Warren Harris, Max Worsfold, Jack McKnight, Paul Hodges, Ryan Bird, Ben Harris and Dan Roberts.
