Slough’s COVID-19 rapid testing programme is being extended until the end of March, which includes more testing centres and longer opening hours – and one is Arbour Park.
Yesterday, club directors Mike and Kay took advantage of this and got tested when they popped in to do some tidying up.
The centre is open Tuesdays to Saturdays, 8am to 6pm and it is quick and easy to get a test. This Saturday morning, some players from both the men’s and ladies teams will be popping in to get tested and help to promote the service – why not come along to get tested?
COVID-19 community testing for those without symptoms has been running since January and is now being extended until at least 31 March.
There are now three testing centres across Slough – all with extended opening hours.
These are:
• The Centre, Farnham Road – open Tuesdays to Saturdays, 8am to 8pm (6pm on Saturdays)
• Langley Pavilion, Langley Road – open Tuesdays to Saturdays, 8am to 6pm
• Arbour Park, Stoke Road – open Tuesdays to Saturdays, 8am to 6pm
The centres are also now offering testing for children under 12, as well as older children and adults, as long as the test is administered by a parent or guardian under supervision by the medical professionals on site.
