We entertain Oxford United tonight (Wednesday) and with the heat over the last couple of days it has worked out perfectly, writes Neil Baker
Clearly conditions are still not great for players, but there is the hope of a little bit of rain which may make the pitch slightly cooler.
In terms of squad news we are still missing Lee Togwell (holiday) and also Joe Dandy (injury), and will have fitness tests for George Hunt and Guy Hollis, however we can welcome Northy and Birdy back into the squad.
At this stage it is still about minutes and fitness, and the squad will be from the following:
Jonathan North, Josh Jackman, George Wells, Gabe George, Ryan Bird, Guy Hollis, Edon Pruti, Scott Davies, Fabio Sole, Matthew Lench, Aaron Kuhl, George Hunt, Johnnie Goddard, James Dobson, Imran Kayani, Ben Harris and Elliott Benyon.
The turnstiles will open at 6.45pm. Admission prices are £6 for adults and £1 for under 16s. Tickets may be purchased online here or at the turnstiles.
Bar and catering facilities will be available, and we will be showing the Euro 2022 quarter-final match between England and Spain. Parking will be available at Arbour Park and St Joseph's School. Due to earlier travel disruption on M4/M25, supporters may be advised to avoid M4 J5 and instead exit at J6 or use the M40.
Season tickets are not yet ready for collection. We will have lists of season ticket holders at the turnstiles to enable free admission.
