Goalkeeper Rhys Forster has joined Ascot United on loan until the end of the season.
Scott Davies commented: “Rhys has had several approaches over the past 6 weeks but decided he wanted to stay and work with our goalkeeping coach Alex Wines and also Will Dennis before heading out on loan.
“It’s no surprise that Rhys had several options and has decided the time is right for him to go and play again. He’s chosen to join Ascot United, who are seeking promotion and a possible trip to Wembley in the FA Vase.
“It’s great that he’s joining a successful side who are on the up, but also playing for a manger there (Jamie Tompkins) who Rhys knows well from his time at Brentford.
“They’re getting an excellent keeper in Rhys, and he’s being able to get valuable game time from them so it works well for both parties.”
