Craig Edwards has stepped down from his position as director of Slough Town Football Club.
Craig has chosen to step away due to work commitments, after giving more than three years’ service to the board. We would like to thank Craig for his efforts and service to the club, and whilst we know that Craig’s other commitments prevent him from giving as much of his free time to the club as he would like, we will still see him helping out at Arbour Park from time to time.
We continue to work with all relevant parties to progress the change of ownership, but still await the necessary approvals. We are working towards achieving this at the end of the current season. As explained in our last update on the matter, we do not expect any issues and continue to move ahead with plans for the remainder of this season and beyond – and once the change of ownership has been approved, we intend to hold a fans forum at Arbour Park, with the date to be confirmed as soon as possible.
We would like to thank supporters for their continued patience during this process. We will provide a further update as soon as we are able to.
