The end of season awards presentation took place at Arbour Park on Saturday evening following our match against Braintree Town, with Matt Lench picking up three trophies.
After a superb loan spell, George Alexander won Goal of the Season for his effort in the 6-1 win against Chippenham Town. He won 30% of the vote with Lee Togwell just behind on 29%. He also jointly won the Golden Boot award with Josh Jackman and Johnny Goddard.
The vote for the prestigious Players’ Player of the Season award was split, with Josh Jackman and Matt Lench winning.
There was also a shared award in the Manager’s Player of the Season, with Scott Davies handing the honour to both Lench and Will Dennis. Gabe George scooped the Manager’s Young Player of the Season award.
Lench’s third award was Slough Town Supporters’ Trust Player of the Season.
