Slough Town prepared for Saturday’s league match against Dover Athletic with a 3-1 win against Watford’s Under 21 side at Arbour Park.
The Rebels’ goals came from Louis Walsh, an own goal and Ogo Obi.
Scott Davies commented: “It was a really useful work out for the lads who needed minutes. Watford provided us a good test and it’s certainly something we would look to do again in the future.
“Also, a special mention to Alfie Tormey, Alex Brown and Jayden Lockless from our Under 18 side, who came off the bench for the last 15 minutes and did themselves proud in their performances looking calm and composed in possession.”
